The GYTS fiber optic cable is engineered for outdoor use in duct and aerial installations. It supports both single-mode and multimode fibers, with options from 2 to 144 cores. Compared to GYTA, GYTS offers enhanced protection through its steel tape armor. The cable structure provides excellent tensile strength, temperature resistance, and long-term durability. Loose tubes are filled with gel to protect the fibers, while the outer PE sheath resists UV rays and moisture.

Description:
In GYTS cables, single-mode or multimode fibers are placed in loose tubes filled with water-blocking gel. These tubes and fillers are stranded around a central strength member to create a compact core. The core is wrapped with a steel tape (PSP) layer and filled with a protective compound for improved water resistance. A tough PE outer sheath completes the structure.
